Directions

From Taunton proceed along theA38 towards Wellington. On reaching the outskirts of Wellington, remain on the A38 towards Exeter. Turn right at the pub called 'The Beambridge' (signposted to Holywell Lake and Thorne St Margaret).

At the cross-roads, turn right and after a further half a mile, take the right hand turn, signposted to Payton and Wellington. Follow this road as it bears sharply to the right and turn left. 

Sanctus is the second house on the left.
